He's 24 years old, and to watch his dancing is to be moved by a force greater than ourselves. Kayah has Down Syndrome, but that is not who he is.

I struggle with my voice

I feel lost.

I feel alone.

I am fighting a battle

I am fighting with my own self

But I will not give up

When I dance, I feel something

I feel something in my heart.

I feel something powerful in myself.

I feel strong in my arms and strong in my muscles.

I feel it in my bones.

I feel strong in my heart.

Dance is my life.

I listen to sounds and music and I feel the beat, and that makes me feel strong.

I want people to know that I am a strong and powerful man.
